Similar to the traditional printing transfer, Aqua Mark was developed exclusively for use on drinking vessels. The ink is applied to a transfer paper instead of being applied directly to the material. The transfer is then applied directly to the product.

This method allows the separation of the accompanying colours (corresponding colour PMS) A transparent recovery is always required. A white coating may be required on dark coloured products or on glass.
Production time for complete order is 20-25 working days. For order more time to produce longer.

DÉGAUFRAGE (DEB)

Breaking is possible on most products in leather, koskin, textura, EVA and similicuir. We prepare a matrix of the logo that we press in the material to create a " Printing " Logo. Detrimming is a discrete process that increases the perceived value of several items. The transfer is very similar to serigraphy except that the ink is first applied on a piece of paper transfer and not directly on the material.The cost of the dies is in addition. The cost of the assembly is not applied to the strictly identical orders when the previous order or invoice number is provided. Note: Matrices are kept at the workshop for two years. After two years, a new matrix must be manufactured with a new cost. The transfer is then pressed into the fabric with heat and pressure.

DECALQUES (DEC)

To add value to selected high-end products, a logo is transferred from a computer program to a durable vinyl substrate with adhesive backing. Declals of the quadrichromie give the most beautiful effect and are another excellent decoration option. PMS colors are not available.

BRODERIE (EMB)

The logo is sewn in the material using wires on surfaces
Compatible with embroidery. This method is an elegant way to reproduce many types of logos. The embroidery is a decoration technique that increases the value of your purchase.
All bags identified for this purpose can be embroidered and then shipped. Delivery times vary, but our minimum time is 7 to 10 days depending on the workload. Digitization of the graphics file requires 3 to 5 days, except when the controls are accompanied by a embroidery disc.
All embroidery prices are based on Isacord 40 polyester yarn. Files must be provided in jpeg or bitmap.

Debco's laser engraving technique uses state-of-the-art laser technology to direct the laser optical system to a central point. The energy delivered to this central point is transformed as a printing is created, typically by spraying the surface coating. The result is a long-lasting decoration which is essentially engraved on the surface of the object in place where the laser is directed. Please note: available on select colours.

With our frosted decoration process, you get the appearance of a laser engraving at the cost of a screen printing. With a glazed coloured effect, the matte ink is applied directly to the product. The result is an elegant decoration which recalls the subtle appearance of the engraving. Freezing printing is durable and scratch-resistant. Available on most acrylic, glass and products from the Eastman-Tritan collection. Use the price with printing. Editing costs in addition. Print color only.

The perfect MAX printing process allows a computer-generated colour image to be printed on a transfer material and then pressed on a variety of fabrics such as bound leather, koskin, facsimile, cuirette and vinyl. This process is used when multiple-color serigraphy cannot be performed and is ideally suited for logos with degraded and frames. Requires the presence of an increase in printing (assortment of unsecured color), cut available.

We are proud to have added the tampography to our other interior decorating processes. It is a process that presents new possibilities for several products, since this method is particularly effective for printing round, angular, or uneven surface objects and a perfect means to reproduce complex or small-format logos. A silicone pad transfers the ink to the product. This buffer can reach multiple levels at once. The colours are limited due to the difficulty of matching the colours caused by this process. At this point, we offer print printing in colour only. This technique is used to print materials and articles such as plastic, pens, aluminum, white iron, rubber, cardboard boxes, metal, vinyl, leather and tablet headers.

Any order requiring a change of ink is subject to an additional fee of $35.00 (E) by colour.

PERFECT PRINTING (PP)

The perfect printing process allows a computer-generated colour image to be printed on a transfer material and then pressed on a variety of fabrics. Pre-production sample required for approval prior to full production cycle.

PERMA PRESS (PS)

Similar to the perfect printing technique, the Perma Press printing allows the transfer of a multicolored image generated by computer to a clear transfer material which is then pressed on different products.  In contrast to the perfect impression, the images are printed on an offset printer that uses plates instead of printing silks allowing the production of high-quality images with vibrant colours.  We are now able to print four-colour images on materials such as non-woven polypropylene and related leather.  Graphic mounts must be provided in high resolution files (300 dpi and more) in vector or bitmap format.  It is not necessary to have a full shape.  Pantone Color Association not available.  No additional fees for profiled logos.

2,000 pieces or less:
Delivery times: approximately 10-12 working days after validation of the tests (2,000 pieces or less without pre-production sample for approval).
If a digital pre-production sample is requested or necessary in the case of a complex logo, please add one week to the delivery times.

The direct silkscreen process consists of placing the tissue under a silk screen. By applying pressure in the stencil, the logo is printed directly on the tissue. All our products can be printed in serigraphy unless otherwise stated that the product cannot be printed.
Serigraphy is the most common method of decoration.

TRANSFER (TR)

This method allows an unlimited number of color selections that normally require a sub-layer. DEBCO uses this technique to decorate products with foam insulation or difficult to screen surfaces. If your logo exceeds the listed transfer size, add $0.50 (E) fresh by the brand/design plus the applicable color/location.
